Our largest suite, the Ballroom, offers over 1000 sqft of fully flexible space. Billingtons Oldham understands the importance of state-of-the-art technology for conferences and events. We have our own in-house technical management who can help with everything from a simple projector and screen. Our event spaces are designed to make your production needs easy. Our aim is to enable businesses to highlight their work in a variety of ways in order to connect with potential customers ,clients and relevant businesses. An excellent product deserves a great launch space. Charity Events
Our ballroom, meeting spaces and fabulous bar lounge are versatile spaces and can be adapted to meet your education needs. We provide a space that you can use to train, teach, coach or lecture, evening classes, one-to-one tutorials, language classes, and corporate training.
You tell us how you want the room set up and we will work on providing the space as a classroom, theatre style, boardroom style whatever style you have in mind. Don’t forget we have a fabulous separate bar lounge for break out meetings, post event drinks or for blue sky thinking!

Film Production Set
Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, with original features and bespoke décor, Billingtons Oldham provides a unique location for film or television production. We have more space available for small use private hire photo & video shoots too.

We are well equipped to host your award shows and presentation ceremonies with in-house AV, staging and experienced event managers who can help you plan the event to ensure it runs smoothly.
Retail Exhibitions
We have flexible rooms of all sizes with capacities from 2 people for an interview up to 200 delegates standing or 100 seated for a sales or other style conference.
